Minimum 20 persons = QAR 2,800

For every additional person:
QAR 100 per person

Maximum capacity: 250 persons

Monogram Foil Experience – Terms & Conditions

1. Full payment is required to confirm the booking.
2. Once the booking is confirmed and payment is received, the booking is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or rescheduled for any reason.
3. The service includes one (1) foil-stamped letter or initial per item only.
4. Customers may choose from the approved monogram styles and foil colors provided by STYLE BY ASMA.
5. The Live Monogram Foil Experience operates for up to three (3) consecutive hours, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Customers and guests are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrival by guests or visitors may result in fewer completed items within the booked time. STYLE BY ASMA is not responsible for unfinished items caused by late arrivals or delays from the customer’s side.
7. Any additional initials, letters, names, logos, special designs, additional items, or extra working hours will be charged separately.
8. Foil stamping is subject to the material, size, shape, and surface of the item. STYLE BY ASMA reserves the right to refuse any item or request that cannot be safely or properly foil stamped.
9. STYLE BY ASMA reserves the right to refuse any monogram or design request that is offensive, inappropriate, or technically impossible to produce.
10. No refund, cancellation, or compensation shall be provided due to events beyond the reasonable control of STYLE BY ASMA, including but not limited to war, civil unrest, government restrictions, natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
11. By making payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
